Influenced by the context of the time, he developed an interest in Progressive Rock still in its heyday during the unfolding of the movement in the 70’s. He studied classical guitar at Villa-Lobos School of Music in Rio de Janeiro. His interest in guitar arose after he had gotten acquainted with the work of guitar players of different styles such as Ritchie Blackmore, Steve Howe, Allan Holdsworth, and Scott Henderson. Besides guitar, he has been studying traditional harmony under Fernando Speroto. |

Otaviano Kury | Hammond Organ | Mini-Moog
He is a musician with a fairly comprehensive music education. In addition to piano, he studied drums and classical guitar. Born into a traditional family steeped in literature and arts, his keen musical taste found an echo in sheet music of such brilliant musicians as Rick Wakeman, Bill Bruford, and Allan Holdsworth. He puts his traditional musical education and different influences to his advantage by embodying the elements ranging from chamber music to jazz in the final result. |

Ronaldo Schenato| Bass
A bass player since 1995, he studied under Mauro Zini, Fabio Alves, and Zuzo Moussawer and received music theory and solfege training at Verdi Musical Institute. As many musicians of this genre, he uses his Rickenbacker 4001 to give all the support the band needs when it comes to low frequencies, always trying to adapt his technique to the sound that marked the bass players of this style. |

Leonardo Reis | Drums
With his focus on the colorful tones of jazz, blues, and hard rock, he was invited to join the band exactly because drums are not just a simple accompaniment instrument, a feature recognized as essential for this kind of work. He was introduced to Progressive Rock through Index itself and, after joining the band, broadened his knowledge of the style he had fallen in love with. Over the years, Leonardo added to the band his large experience he had acquired working on another projects in parallel with Index, thus becoming a very versatile musician with a busy schedule of performances and recordings with countless musicians in addition to private classes he gives at schools in the area. |
